Purpose:
The KF808-S pec fly (chest expansion) machine is designed to strengthen the chest and arm muscles. Performed in a lying position, the exercise engages muscles effectively while maintaining comfort and control. Independent arms allow users to train each side separately for greater freedom of movement and targeted development. The resistance can be manually adjusted to suit individual fitness levels by sliding the weight along the guide rail.
